Shipping & Returns

Twill USA may ship your order in separate packages. Twill USA cannot accept any liability for the failure of any carrier used to fulfill a promised due date. We ship all orders F.O.B. from our main warehouse. Any delivery time quoted is based on estimated time of shipment using our stated carriers. Actual shipping dates can vary.

Handling Fees: There is a $1.00 per box charge for handling, not to exceed $3.00 per order.

Shipping Methods: UPS: Next Day, 2 day, ground. Saturday Delivery available upon request. Other shipping methods may be available if requested but can cause a delay in shipping.


A Request for Return Authorization must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. Returns can only be accepted with a Return Authorization Number issued by an authorized representative of Twill USA. RA numbers are valid for 30 days from the date issued. All returned merchandise should be in its original condition. Product returned without a Return Authorization Number will not be processed for credit. Based on the nature of the return, some requests for returns may only be accommodated with a 20% restocking fee.

Damage due to the freight carrier must be brought to the attention of Twill USA immediately. Proper claims must be filed with the shipping carrier, and processed by them. If necessary product must be returned to Twill USA, in the original packaging, no later than 30 days of the issued invoice. The claim will be evaluated and refunded.

Custom or Non-Stock Items cannot be returned because these items were created specifically for you. These items include Custom Designs, items cut from non-stocked colors, off styles or fabrics.

Roll goods or yardage can be returned, damage free, prepaid freight, with a 20% restocking fee within 30 days of purchase.
