Business Continuity Update

The unprecedented events of the COVID-19 pandemic is uncharted territory for all of us. This impacts all of our families, our communities, our businesses and normal life as we know it. It is important for you to understand that we are in this together, and our thoughts and prayers are with anyone who has been impacted by the virus, especially those who are sick.

At TwillUSA.com, our main concern is the safety of our team members, customers, and the communities we live in. We are closely following the Center for Disease Control’s (CDC) recommendations on the steps we should take to help prevent the spread of this virus. Our distribution centers in Nevada & Indiana are open to ship orders, and we are working as hard as we can to provide our customers the products, services, and support they expect from us.

Changes in business hours: As of Monday, March 23rd, we have reduced business hours as follows:

  • Nevada Warehouse: 8:00am to 4:30pm (Pacific)
  • Indiana Warehouse: 8:00am to 5:00pm (Eastern)
  • Will Call is still available but subject to change at any time.

Shipping Update: As long as UPS & FedEx remain open and operational, we will continue to process and ship orders. Refer to our Shipping Policy for more details.
