HTV Ultra Flex features a low temperature hot-melt adhesive backing with a 5 second application time. Thin and soft. Stretchable like our 20″ HTV Flex Film, but sized at 15 inches wide to work with desktop plotters like Cricut or Silhouette without resizing. Available in Red, Royal, Black and White colors. Sold by the yard (15in x 36in).

About Ultra Flex.
Ultra Flex Heat Transfer Vinyl is sold by the yard (15" x 36") for 540 square inches of usable material. This product features a permanent adhesive backing, also known "Heat Seal HTV." Stretchable, with an incredible 5 second application time! Available in Black, White, Royal and Red.
NOTE: Orders for fewer than 11 yards per color will NOT be rolled onto a Core.

This Color Chart should NOT be used for color matching. Please order a Swatch Kit ($6.00) for best results when matching colors.
Application Info.
HTV Ultra Flex is recommended for use with the following fabrics: 100% Cotton, 100% Polyester, and Poly-Cotton Blends.
- Time: 5 Seconds
- Temperature: 305°F
- Pressure: High/Firm
- Peel: Hot or Cold
HINT: Run a lint roller over the transfer area (on the garment) to remove any loose threads or stray fibers. Preheat your garment for 5 seconds. Place the transfer onto the garment, then place a cover sheet over the design. Time, temperature and pressure may vary if using an iron instead of a heat press machine.
Plotter/Cutter Settings.
Prior to cutting the HTV Ultra Flex, you must flip your design so that it's it's mirrored in your cutting machine. We also recommend that you do a 'test cut' when using this material for the first time. This vinyl is approximately 90 microns thick, so it doesn't take much force (50g) to cut through it.

NOTE: HTV Ultra Flex can be cut using any laser cutter, plotter cutter, or desktop (craft) cutter like Silhouette Cameo and Cricut. Laser-cutting allows for super fine detail and is easier to see where the weeding should start.

We do NOT offer "free samples" of HTV Ultra Flex or any of our materials. Sheets of HTV Vinyl start at $1.00. Sheets are the perfect way to sample our products inexpensively, or you can order a Swatch Kit ($6.00).
Can HTV Ultra Flex Be Layered?
Yes. We recommend HTV Ultra Flex for layering as you can put 2 or 3 layers on top of each other for multicolor designs.
How Often Do The Colors Change?
HTV Ultra Flex was released as a new material for 2021. It is currently offered in Black, White, Red and Royal colors. These colors are always stocked, ready to ship.
Do We Offer Wholesale Prices For Resellers?
The prices for all consumer types are displayed at the top of this webpage. The "Retail Price" is $10.00 per color for quantities fewer than 5 yards. The "Wholesale Price" is $6.50 per color for quantities greater than 50 yards.
