Create fun, raised designs with Twill USA Puff Heat Transfer Vinyl! Available in white, black, navy, red and pink matte product & silver & gold metallic product. Remember that puff works best with easy designs featuring large voids because the puffing will close small holes and lines that are close together. Ask your sales rep if there any additional colors you would like to see in our NEW Puff HTV! 

Tip: Metallic Puff has different heat press instructions than the matte colors. Please see below for detailed application instructions.

HTV Puff

Recommended for use with the following fabrics: 100% Cotton, 100% Polyester, Poly-Cotton Blends

Preheat garment for 2-3 seconds

  • Time: 8-10 seconds
  • Temperature: 280°F

  • Pressure: Medium

  • Peel: Hot

Important: Do not press regular HTV Puff twice. Not recommended for layering or use with home irons. Use Puff last when creating multi-media designs.

 

Metallic HTV Puff – requires 2 hits

Preheat garment for 2-3 seconds

  • Time: 10 seconds
  • Temperature: 280°F
  • Pressure: Medium
  • Peel: Hot

Cover and press again, for 10 seconds

Important: Metallic HTV Puff MUST be hit twice. Not recommended for layering or use with home irons. Use Puff last when creating multi-media designs.
