NUMBER PACKS

Pre-Cut Sports Film Number Packs are the #1 choice for economy in numbering systems. Each pack contains 10 pieces per digit.  Currently available in 2 fonts, 3 sizes and 6 colors. We plan to add colors, fonts and sizes as interest dictates. Need backgrounds? Contact Customer Service to request products not immediately available on the site. Application Instructions

Preheat the garment to stabilize size and remove moisture. Align the digits in the desired position and cover with a clean release sheet.

• Time: 10 seconds
• Temperature: 320° F
• Pressure: Light to Medium (use medium to high for multiple layers)
• Peel: NA

Wipe the cover sheet with a clean dry cloth between applications

Sports Twill Number Packs are now available for purchase on the website! Currently available in 4", 6", and 8" in 2 fonts and 6 colors. Packs are either PSA or heat seal, and come 10 digits per pack. Foregrounds only at this time. Contact customer service if you are interested in additional color, fonts and sizes. We'll add to the online offering based on interest. How to choose which backing is right for you:

Choose heat seal, or poly-back, twill if you are heat setting your numbers and hand sewing them. If you prefer to sew multiple layers together prior to sewing to the garment, heat setting the layers together on a pellon layer will make this process much easier.

Choose PSA, or pressure sensitive adhesive, if you are using a sew file. You hoop the garment, run out your placement stitch, and then peel the backing from the PSA number and position on the placement stitch.
