Permanent Sports Twill is a heat-seal fabric made for laser cutting and heat pressing directly onto garments—no sewing required. It's similar to our PSA Permanent Twill but without the peel-and-stick feature, so it works best for simple, one-color designs like names, numbers, and basic logos. The strong P600 5-mil adhesive backing is PVC-free, won’t burn during laser cutting, and helps stop the fabric from fraying. It’s perfect for adding permanent designs to jerseys, uniforms, or spirit wear with a clean, professional finish. For patches or emblems, just cut the shape, then stitch the edges using a Merrow or satin stitch to complete the look.
