How Quickly Do Your HTV Products Ship? What Freight Carriers Do You Use?
Orders are generally shipped the same day they are placed, providing the order is received and processed before 1:00 PM (ET). All orders processed during non-business hours will be shipped the following business day. We use USPS, UPS, FedEx and XPO as preferred freight carriers. All orders are shipped business class (Ground) unless expedited shipping is requested and paid for.
Does Your HTV Vinyl Work With All Plotters?
Absolutely! All of our Heat Transfer materials and Hot-Melt Adhesives can be cut with craft cutters on the market. This includes Brother, Cricut, Graphtec, Silhouette and Roland brands, among others.
Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, as well as PayPal and Amazon Pay. Cash is only accepted at our warehouses in Aurora, IN, and North Las Vegas, NV.
Should I Pre-Wash The Garment Before Applying HTV?
Pre-washing the garment is not recommended as laundering may cause problems when applying the HTV transfers. Instead, we recommend that you briefly iron or heat press the garment for a few seconds to remove wrinkles.
Are Your Products Oeko-Tex Certified?
Many of our products have earned the Oeko-Tex Class I (suitable for baby products up to age 3) and Class II (suitable for products having skin contact) labels, which certify the products comply with health and safety regulations.
Do I Mirror My Graphics When Using Heat Transfer Vinyl?
Yes, some of our products require mirrored graphics (reverse cut). For example, if you’re using Heat Transfer Vinyl like HTV Sports Film or HTV Flex Film, we advise that you mirror your artwork prior to cutting. Place your design glossy-side facedown or dull color face-up on the mat. However, if you’re sewing fabrics like Sports Twill (also known as Tackle Twill), we advise that you cut your artwork in a positive image — which means “fabric up” — by placing the material face-up on the mat (desktop cutter) or in the laser.
Is It Possible To Layer Different HTV Vinyls?
HTV Sports Film and HTV Flex Film can be layered on top of each other. HTV Glitter must be inlaid and not layered. Our HTV Vinyl products are polyurethane-based, ready-to-cut garment decoration films sold in rolls by the yard. Non-HTV fabrics like Sports Twill and Sports Felt can be layered more easily because of the various Hot-Melt Adhesive backing options available — Polyback, PSA, Permanent and PSA Permanent. Some products are available without an Adhesive backing, fabric only, and must be sewn onto the garment(s).
Which Fabrics Do Your Products Adhere To?
HTV Sports Film is recommended for use with the following fabrics: Acrylics, 100% Cotton, Polyester Knits, Polyester Mesh, 100% Polyester, Poly-Cotton Blends, Poly Form and Cotton Caps. HTV Flex Film and HTV Foil are recommended for use with 100% Cotton, 100% Polyester and Poly-Cotton Blends. Sports Twill and Metallic Twill are recommended for use with Acrylics, 100% Cotton, Polyester Knits (not Mesh), 100% Polyester, Poly-Cotton Blends, Poly Form and Cotton Caps.
