Custom Lamination
- High Tech Silicone Rubber or Teflon Coated Nip Rolls.
- Edge Guides up to 60” wide.
- Speeds from 3-50 feet per minute.
- Pressure to 100 psi.
- Temperature from room temp 420* F.
- Heat adhesive such as acrylic or rubber.
- Use our adhesive or send in your own.
- We have polyester twill fabrics or send in your own.
Custom Slitting
- State of the art slitting utilizing score cut blades, crush blades, and razor blades for dust-less cutting
Laser Cutting
- Latest generation laser cutters, including large format up to 54” wide and smaller 18” x32” sheets.
- Automatic eye registration for printed material cutting.
Waterjet Cutting
- Large format waterjet cutting up to 10 layers thick
- Quick and inexpensive gang sheet cutting
- Foam, rubber, LDPE, and tile cutting are also available
