Acrylic Felt is an ideal fabric for creating retro-style logos and numbers for throwback jerseys. But without a coating of Heat Press Adhesive, it can be difficult and flimsy to use. Polyback Sports Felt features anti-fray thermal adhesive backing (P600 1.5-Mil 49" Polyback) that seals the material and provides stability for cutting + sewing onto garments. Its polyester-based adhesive coating is 100% PVC-free and can be cut easily on dies, lasers or even hand-cut. NOTE: This product can be heat pressed to hold the design in place while sewing. But without a coating of Heat Press Adhesive, it can be a difficult and flimsy material to use. 16.5" Polyback Sports Twill features an anti-fray thermal adhesive backing (P600 1.5-Mil 16.5 Polyback) that completely seals the twill yarns and provides stability for cutting + sewing onto garments. Its polyester-based coating has no PVC and can be cut easily on plotters, dies, lasers or even hand-cut. NOTE: Can be heat pressed to hold the design in place, but it must be sewn to prevent fraying. We offer Sports Twill in a variety of different adhesive-backings, including PSA Twill, Permanent and PSA Permanent. Transfer Tapes - Heat transfer tapes are used to preserve spacing in designs while moving from your cutter to the heat press. Green tape has a higher tack for use with multiple layer twill or fabric designs. White heat mask is for single layer designs or vinyl transfers. Release Papers - Add texture to your HTV designs for an upgraded look. Use in the same manner as Brown Kraft or Teflon cover sheets. Options include Pebble Grain, Twill Grain, as well as Brown Kraft sheets and White Gloss sheets. Pebble Grain imitates the appearance and texture of leather, similar to a basketball or football. Twill Grain imitates appearance and texture of Tackle Twill fabric.

16.5" Permanent Sports Twill is a heat seal product designed to be laser-cut and heat-pressed onto garments without sewing. Similar to PSA Permanent except it does not have the peel-and-stick component. As such, it is somewhat limited in the number of ways it can be cut and applied. Its thick, 5-Mil non-PVC adhesive (P600 5-Mil 16.5" Permanent) will not burn from laser cutting while it simultaneously prevents fraying. Permanent This product works best for simple 1-color designs like letters or numbers, and it is only recommended as a background layer. When used for emblems or patches, simply die cut the design, then sew, Merrow- or satin-stitch the edges to finish it off. Permanent Sports Twill is our registered name for Tackle Twill fabric with a "Permanent" adhesive backing, and is comparable to Stahls' CAD-CUT® Perma-TWILL in the marketplace. 16.5" PSA Sports Twill features a clear Mylar backing and a proprietary, low tack peel-and-stick adhesive (PS960 PSA) that holds the applique in place for sewing onto garments. Our U.S.-patented formula prevents broken threads and gummed-up needles due to its needle glide additive. Repositionable. It can be removed as necessary to get the perfect alignment for applique embroidery. Perfect for 2-color layer applications and Kiss Cutting. NOTE: Must be sewn to prevent fraying and for the permanency of the design to withstand several wash cycles. Sports Felt is a type of textile fabric made from non-woven Acrylic. This material is very strong and durable, which makes it a favorite for activewear applications including retro-style logos + numbers for throwback jerseys, crafting, and appliques. Very popular on sweatshirts and beanies. But without a coating of Heat Press Adhesive, it can be difficult and flimsy to use. For this reason, we offer adhesive-backed versions which include stabilizers so that it's easier to cut and handle. Our adhesive-backed versions are called Polyback Sports Felt, PSA Sports Felt, and PSA Permanent Sports Felt.  Permanent felt (No PSA) is available in limited quantities and colors. On-demand lamination can be ordered through customer service. Minimum order for Lamination & Conversion Service is 50 yards per color.
