TACKLE TWILL - 51" PSA SPORTS TWILL

Designed for precision and ease of use, our 51" PSA Sports Twill features a clear Mylar carrier and a proprietary low-tack pressure-sensitive adhesive (PS960 PSA) that holds appliqué pieces firmly in place for sewing. The peel-and-stick backing allows clean positioning and easy realignment, making it ideal for intricate embroidery work and layered designs.  What sets our PSA adhesive apart is its U.S.-patented formula, which includes a needle glide additive to prevent needle gumming and thread breakage—ensuring smooth, hassle-free stitching. This material is excellent for two-layer applications and Kiss Cutting techniques.  Please note: Although the adhesive backing provides temporary hold, all PSA Sports Twill must be sewn for permanent application and to withstand repeated wash cycles without fraying.  This is our most popular adhesive-backed option, outselling others such as Polyback, Permanent, and PSA Permanent. "PSA Sports Twill" is our trademarked name for twill with a Pressure Sensitive Adhesive, often known as "Sticky Back" or "peel-and-stick."
