Permanent Diamond Twill is a heat seal product designed to be laser-cut and heat-pressed onto garments without sewing. Similar to PSA Permanent except it does not have the peel-and-stick component. Its thick, 5-Mil non-PVC adhesive (P600 5-mil 16.5") will not burn from laser cutting while it simultaneously prevents fraying. Sold in 1 yard increments (16.5" x 36"). Poly Back Diamond Sports Twill - Features a unique diamond pattern woven into the twill. The thermal adhesive backing (P600 1.5 mil) provides stability for cutting and sewing to garments. Ideal for making patches with texture in the background and perfect scissor cutting, Poly Back Twill can also be cut with plotters, lasers, and die cutters. Must be sewn to the garment.

16.5" PSA Diamond Twill features a clear Mylar backing and a proprietary, low tack peel-and-stick adhesive (PS960 PSA) that holds the applique in place for sewing onto garments. Our U.S.-patented formula prevents broken threads and gummed-up needles due to its needle glide additive. Repositionable. It can be removed as necessary to get the perfect alignment for applique embroidery. Perfect for 2-color layer applications and Kiss Cutting. NOTE: Must be sewn to prevent fraying and for the permanency of the design to withstand several wash cycles. Permanent Metallic Twill is a heat seal product designed to be laser-cut and heat-pressed onto garments without sewing. Similar to PSA Permanent  except it does not have the peel-and-stick component. Excellent for pre-aligned names and designs when used with Heat Transfer Tapes.
