ACRYLIC FELT - 36" POLY BACK SPORTS FELT
Acrylic Felt is an ideal fabric for creating retro-style logos and numbers for throwback jerseys. But without a coating of Heat Press Adhesive, it can be difficult and flimsy to use. Polyback Sports Felt features anti-fray thermal adhesive backing (P600 1.5-Mil 49" Polyback) that seals the material and provides stability for cutting + sewing onto garments. Its polyester-based adhesive coating is 100% PVC-free and can be cut easily on dies, lasers or even hand-cut. NOTE: This product can be heat pressed to hold the design in place while sewing. DIAMOND TWILL - 16.5" PERMANENT
Permanent Diamond Twill is a heat seal product designed to be laser-cut and heat-pressed onto garments without sewing. Similar to PSA Permanent except it does not have the peel-and-stick component. Its thick, 5-Mil non-PVC adhesive (P600 5-mil 16.5") will not burn from laser cutting while it simultaneously prevents fraying. Sold in 1 yard increments (16.5" x 36"). HEAT PRESS ADHESIVES
Our proprietary Hot-Melt Adhesives are manufactured in-house and can be used to coat your own fabric. PS960 and PS965 come on a mylar carrier and feature a pressure sensitive tack for repositioning. PS960 adhesive is perfect for embroidery applications, whereas PS965 is intended for laser-cut no-sew applications. P600 is heat activated adhesive available in 3 thicknesses to suit many different applications. Choose 1.5 mil for temporary embroidery tack or to cover up threads after embroidering patches. 5 mil is permanent heat-bond for no-sew projects or iron-patches. Use your heat press to bond fabrics to the adhesive, then use your craft cutter or desktop plotter to cut then weed your designs. Our adhesives are designed for use with cotton, polyester, poly-cotton blends, fleece, and acrylics. Don't forget to order Kraft Paper to protect your plattens and garments! HTV - 15" ULTRA FLEX
Ultra Flex Heat Transfer Vinyl is sold by the yard (15" x 36") for 540 square inches of usable material. This product features a low temperature permanent adhesive backing, also known "Heat Seal HTV." Stretchable, with an incredible 5 second application time! Available in Black, White, Royal and Red. HTV - 18" SPORTS FILM
HTV Sports Film (formerly Kwik Cut Sports Film) is our registered name for Heat Transfer Vinyl, which is commonly referred to as HTV, Iron-On Vinyl, Heat Press Vinyl or Crafters Vinyl. Thicker than most HTVs in the marketplace, we believe it is the best choice for full-contact sports like football, hockey or rugby. It can be washed and dried 50+ times -- even dry-cleaned. Our proprietary Adhesive resists dye migration and abrasion. Add a textured appearance with embossing paper to simulate the look of Leather (Pebble Grain) or Tackle Twill (Twill Grain) fabric. NOTE: Texturing is a two-step process. Embossing paper sold separately. This product is available without a carrier (Sports Film) to make Number Packs, which is much less expensive than individually cut numbers or letters using traditional Iron-On Vinyl. The 18" width allows you to cut two 8" letters or numbers side by side. It also applies in little as 6 seconds. Sold by the yard in rolls up to 50 yards per color. Application Instructions

HTV - 20" FOIL
We offer 3 types Metallic Foils: HTV (Heat Transfer Vinyl) Foil, Textured Foil and Holographic Foil. All of our HTV Foils are designed for use with plotter cutters, desktop or craft cutters, or on laser cutters to create custom patterns that are sure to dazzle! For a smooth, mirror-like look that's popular with dance apparel, use Silver and Gold HTV Foil on half-tops, shorts, bra tops, pants and brief trunks. Mix and match with HTV Glitter and HTV Sports Film to create your unique design! All of our HTV (Heat Transfer Vinyl) products feature a Polyester-based Adhesive backing that can be heat-applied directly onto garments. This removes the need for complicated 2-step transfers.
