Its thick, 5-Mil non-PVC adhesive (P600 5-Mil 16.5" Permanent) will not burn from laser cutting while it simultaneously prevents fraying. Permanent This product works best for simple 1-color designs like letters or numbers, and it is only recommended as a background layer. When used for emblems or patches, simply die cut the design, then sew, Merrow- or satin-stitch the edges to finish it off.
