Create fun, raised designs with Twill USA Puff Heat Transfer Vinyl! Available in white, black, navy, red and pink matte product & silver & gold metallic product. Remember that puff works best with easy designs featuring large voids because the puffing will close small holes and lines that are close together. Ask your sales rep if there any additional colors you would like to see in our NEW Puff HTV!

Available in standard Glow and 5 vibrant colors of Neon Glow, our HTV Glow line is super fun and easy to apply. The best part? Using the Neon Glow HTV allows for the creation of garments that are equally fashionable in the daytime and at night! Transfer Tapes - Heat transfer tapes are used to preserve spacing in designs while moving from your cutter to the heat press. Green tape has a higher tack for use with multiple layer twill or fabric designs. White heat mask is for single layer designs or vinyl transfers. Release Papers - Add texture to your HTV designs for an upgraded look. Use in the same manner as Brown Kraft or Teflon cover sheets. Options include Pebble Grain, Twill Grain, as well as Brown Kraft sheets and White Gloss sheets. Pebble Grain imitates the appearance and texture of leather, similar to a basketball or football. Twill Grain imitates appearance and texture of Tackle Twill fabric.

Whether you're creating intricate shapes or bold text, this material ensures hassle-free crafting.  Our Glitter Vinyl is a heat applied product designed to add sparkle and shine to any garment. This material is thicker than most of our other HTV films, so increase the downward pressure of your knife blade to 200 grams (minimum) to ensure clean cuts and easy weeding. Glitter Vinyl can be applied to a variety of fabric types, making it incredibly versatile! Recommended for use on:   Acrylics, 100% Cotton, Polyester Knits, Polyester Mesh, 100% Polyester and Poly-Cotton blends.  NOTE: Not for use on Nylon or "Dazzle Cloth." Industry Exclusive! 16.5" PSA Permanent Sports Twill is the ultimate Tackle Twill product, as it can be plotter-cut with a 60° blade, laser cut, die cut, scissor cut or shear cut. It can also be heat-applied, sewn onto the garment, or a combination of both on multicolor designs. PSA Permanent is the perfect product for businesses wanting to keep a single inventory for all applications. The peel-and-stick adhesive is repositionable and is excellent for layering and kiss-cutting. The PVC-free adhesive (PS965 PSA Permanent) features a needle glide additive so it can be sewn on without gumming up the embroidery needle. Sold in 1 yard increments (16.5" x 36").
