DIAMOND TWILL - 16.5" PERMANENT
Permanent Diamond Twill is a heat seal product designed to be laser-cut and heat-pressed onto garments without sewing. Similar to PSA Permanent except it does not have the peel-and-stick component. Its thick, 5-Mil non-PVC adhesive (P600 5-mil 16.5") will not burn from laser cutting while it simultaneously prevents fraying. Sold in 1 yard increments (16.5" x 36"). TACKLE TWILL - 16.5" PERMANENT SPORTS TWILL
16.5" Permanent Sports Twill is a heat seal product designed to be laser-cut and heat-pressed onto garments without sewing. Similar to PSA Permanent except it does not have the peel-and-stick component. As such, it is somewhat limited in the number of ways it can be cut and applied. Its thick, 5-Mil non-PVC adhesive (P600 5-Mil 16.5" Permanent) will not burn from laser cutting while it simultaneously prevents fraying. Permanent This product works best for simple 1-color designs like letters or numbers, and it is only recommended as a background layer. When used for emblems or patches, simply die cut the design, then sew, Merrow- or satin-stitch the edges to finish it off. Permanent Sports Twill is our registered name for Tackle Twill fabric with a "Permanent" adhesive backing, and is comparable to Stahls' CAD-CUT® Perma-TWILL in the marketplace. It's similar to our PSA Permanent Twill but without the peel-and-stick feature, so it works best for simple, one-color designs like names, numbers, and basic logos. The strong P600 5-mil adhesive backing is PVC-free, won’t burn during laser cutting, and helps stop the fabric from fraying. It’s perfect for adding permanent designs to jerseys, uniforms, or spirit wear with a clean, professional finish. For patches or emblems, just cut the shape, then stitch the edges using a Merrow or satin stitch to complete the look. This product is our version of what others call “Perma-TWILL,” and it's great for customers who want a no-fuss, no-sew solution for basic applications. Sold by the yard (51" x 36").
