Permanent Metallic Twill is a heat seal product designed to be laser-cut and heat-pressed onto garments without sewing. Similar to PSA Permanent  except it does not have the peel-and-stick component. Excellent for pre-aligned names and designs when used with Heat Transfer Tapes.

Poly Back Metallic Twill- The thermal adhesive backing provides stability for cutting and sewing to garments. Ideal for scissor cutting, Poly Back Twill can also be cut with plotters, lasers, and die cutters. Must be sewn to the garment.

16.5" Permanent Sports Twill is a heat seal product designed to be laser-cut and heat-pressed onto garments without sewing. Similar to PSA Permanent except it does not have the peel-and-stick component. As such, it is somewhat limited in the number of ways it can be cut and applied. Its thick, 5-Mil non-PVC adhesive (P600 5-Mil 16.5" Permanent) will not burn from laser cutting while it simultaneously prevents fraying. Permanent This product works best for simple 1-color designs like letters or numbers, and it is only recommended as a background layer. When used for emblems or patches, simply die cut the design, then sew, Merrow- or satin-stitch the edges to finish it off. Permanent Sports Twill is our registered name for Tackle Twill fabric with a "Permanent" adhesive backing, and is comparable to Stahls' CAD-CUT® Perma-TWILL in the marketplace. The strong P600 5-mil adhesive backing is PVC-free, won’t burn during laser cutting, and helps stop the fabric from fraying. It’s perfect for adding permanent designs to jerseys, uniforms, or spirit wear with a clean, professional finish. For patches or emblems, just cut the shape, then stitch the edges using a Merrow or satin stitch to complete the look. This product is our version of what others call “Perma-TWILL,” and it's great for customers who want a no-fuss, no-sew solution for basic applications. Sold by the yard (51" x 36").
