Permanent Metallic Twill is a heat seal product designed to be laser-cut and heat-pressed onto garments without sewing. Similar to PSA Permanent  except it does not have the peel-and-stick component. Excellent for pre-aligned names and designs when used with Heat Transfer Tapes.

Tackle Twill is an ideal fabric for creating logos and numbers for sports jerseys. But without a coating of Heat Press Adhesive, it can be a difficult and flimsy material to use. 16.5" Polyback Sports Twill features an anti-fray thermal adhesive backing (P600 1.5-Mil 16.5 Polyback) that completely seals the twill yarns and provides stability for cutting + sewing onto garments. Its polyester-based coating has no PVC and can be cut easily on plotters, dies, lasers or even hand-cut. NOTE: Can be heat pressed to hold the design in place, but it must be sewn to prevent fraying. We offer Sports Twill in a variety of different adhesive-backings, including PSA Twill, Permanent and PSA Permanent. Our 51" Polyback Sports Twill comes pre-coated with a thermal adhesive (P600 1.5-Mil backing) that stabilizes the fabric by locking in the twill fibers, making it easier to cut and position during application.  This polyester-based adhesive is PVC-free and works smoothly with a wide range of cutting tools—including plotters, laser cutters, die presses, and even scissors. While the adhesive allows for temporary placement with a heat press, the twill must be stitched down to ensure long-term durability and prevent fraying.  We stock Sports Twill with multiple adhesive options, including PSA Twill, Permanent, and PSA Permanent.
