51" Sports Twill and Metallic Twill — both forms of Tackle Twill — can only be purchased by phone, email or fax. Available adhesive backings are PSA, Polyback, Permanent, PSA Permanent and Uncoated. Why The Change?
Shipping rates have forced our hand. Wide width materials are subject to dimensional weight surcharges, and we simply could not continue to offer $10.00 flat-rate shipping on these larger items. If your business cannot make do with the 16.5" Sports Twill and 16.5" Metallic Twill versions, which continue to ship for $10.00 flat, then please note that minimum order quantities may apply depending on the adhesive backing and/or color requested. Not all colors are stocked, but ANY color can be manufactured with lead time. Please call (866) 806-9120 to discuss your specific needs with our USA-based Customer Service Team. It is unlikely that 51" Tackle Twill will be sold again on this website. We apologize for any inconvenience. We hope you will consider the 16.5" materials as they are split from the larger 51" rolls. The Pressure Sensitive Adhesive (PSA) and Polyback versions are fully stocked in all 40 colors. NOTE: 16.5" Sports Twill measures 16.5" wide by 36" long, and is sold by the yard with tiered discounts based on order quantity per color.
Has It Been Discontinued?
The changes to wide width materials are related to shipping costs and processing times. Most colors are immediately available for purchase in the 16.5" versions, but 51" wide materials may require additional handling and lead times. We do our best to maintain stock of White and Black in all adhesive backings, at minimum. Freight charges vary by destination, and orders for wide width products are charged the actual cost of shipping. Customers may request to ship orders using their own UPS, USPS or FedEx account; otherwise, the shipping partner will be chosen at TwillUSA's sole discretion.
Unrelated to 51" Tackle Twill, production of 36" Permanent Sports Felt has been suspended. This product can still be ordered in all 26 colors, but lead times apply. We have no plans to suspend production of any Tackle Twill product(s), yet color availability for certain adhesive backing types has been adversely affected by global supply chain disruptions. Our Force Majeure declaration was issued on April 12, 2021, and the raw material situation for several adhesive polymers remains critical.

Are We Going Out Of Business?
Low stock or no stock for a particular product is due to ongoing supply shortages and/or allotments. While recent supply chain disruptions have impacted our ability to source the threads and polymers needed to maintain normal stock levels, we expect that our inventory will rebalance as the supply chain normalizes. Until then, stock levels may fluctuate and extended lead times may be needed to fulfill orders.

What Happened To The Las Vegas Warehouse?
We announced the closure of our North Las Vegas warehouse on May 12, 2021. Provoked by COVID-19, the closure was simply an effort to centralize functional resources and reduce our operational footprint during a time of market uncertainty. We continue to employ more than 40+ American workers in the heart of the Midwest.
